I was brought on to work alongside mflDirect’s UX team to help strengthen and eventually rebuild their design system. As a data heavy CRM this involved lots of research, testing, and accessibility testing to WCAG’s AA standard.
Working alongside brand development agency Iris for our client British Car Auctions our team created a challenger brand in the user car sales and auction market. This included consumer research, campaign territory positioning, and production of campaigns alongside a user friendly e-commerce B2C automotive site.
Blackout wanted to build a profile that would allow employers and educators to prohibit the use of mobile functionality, such as cameras, voice recording apps, and web browsers based on user GPS location, geofence, or proximity to beacons. This project included a wider brand application and the development of mobile apps and a desktop PWA.
Working with a cross-functional team we developed a new anti-counterfeit device, the Reveal holographic label. The label adorns luxury Moët Hennessey products and is scannable by the Reveal app, which authenticates genuine products.
